1/ Units of drying, calcination and incineration

GUPSOS designs and realizes units for mineral drying, and also units for calcination or incineration. We can propose rotary dryers or kilns, with direct or indirect firing.

Our units are composed of :
  • Hot gas generators
  • Rotary tubes with mechanical equipment
  • Gas treatment (filtration)
  • Handling equipments

We have experience with following materials / References :
  > Drying: attapulgite (clay for cats’ use), siliporite, clays, sand…
  > Calcination: siliporite, waste sludge, gypsum…
  > Incineration: petroleum waste…

2/ Hot gas generators

GUPSOS has developed a large range of hot gas generators which burns different types of energies: heavy fuel, diesel, waste oils, natural gas…
These generators produce heat in order to feed dryers, kilns, or crushers.
The outlet temperature can be between 150 and 1100 °C.

Our last realizations / references:

Double or single sheet design (DE or SE type) generators, using Fuel or Gas (F or G), from 400 to 20000 kW, with outlet temperatures from 400 to 1100 °C.
Many of our generators are working in different countries around the world since many years.

3/ Pelletizers The pelletizers, by their rotation and their inclination, allow to make some pellets or some coated pieces of powder products. Many parameters can be adjusted to increase the use possibilities: rotation speed, inclination, output of the binder… We mainly work with customers in France of foreign countries by the way of engineering companies like Five group, Arkema Group or directly with final user like our last order for 2 pelletizers in Morocco.
